I met the girls at Birchbox which was fabulous.  Also met the co-founder.  What a great company and equally great concept. They have been copied a lot since but I would take that as a compliment. Friday I managed to take a trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art to see if I could get my hands on the Alexander McQueen book produced by them. I did and I was so happy. I was lucky enough to work with Marian Newman a few years ago at one of his famous Paris shows so to see our work in there was exciting. The snow arrived overnight which was not a surprise but still very unwelcome. I had to take a trip to Uniglo to stock up on thermals. Hate being cold!

So tomorrow will be fun. The time has come to sit in that fabulous window of Ricky’s in Soho. I’ll be there from 2 till 6 rocking some free nails and letting people meet the brand. Actually can’t wait. Not quite Kate Moss for Topshop but a step closer. Met up with a top nail tech out here to discuss some shows and possible hook up. She was so cool, just like the Rock brand. I’d love her to be a part of the buzz with Nail Rock over here so fingers crossed we get to work together soon.

Just to round off, I got caught by the maid naked and she didn't seem to care as I was stuck in the middle of the room with nothing to grab, locked myself out, bumped into someone I hadn’t seen for ages whilst walking to the shop in my PJ’s and had a cab driver who thought he was funny by pretending he didn't know what I was saying and said he was taking me to the airport.

This week will be packed with all sorts so expect dancing, drink and drama!
